About this project

PSL CityView

A resident-friendly public records research tool for property assessment data and future local-help sections.

Disclaimer

This website is independent and is not affiliated with the City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, the St. Lucie County Property Appraiser, or the St. Lucie County Tax Collector.

Information shown here is based on public records and may be incomplete, delayed, or imported incorrectly. Residents should verify anything important directly with the official agency.

Purpose

The goal is to help residents understand public property data, identify questions to ask, and organize records requests. A flag on this site means "needs review," not that the county made an error.

Who builds this

PSL CityView is built and maintained by Deselt, Inc., a software company based right here in Port St. Lucie. Deselt builds practical software - business tools, data platforms, and community projects like this one. The professional counterpart to this site's amendment page is Previo Levy, which models Florida ad-valorem revenue parcel by parcel for city and county finance offices.

This site started the way most useful things do: with a personal problem. A property assessment jumped far past Florida's Save Our Homes cap, the public data to check it existed but was scattered across a dozen state and county systems, and no tool put it together. So we built one - then kept going until it covered exemptions, storms, schools, safety, roads, and the housing market. It's free, it stays free, and it runs on official public records only.
