Historical DOR files

Import DOR NAL Finals for 2016-2025 to build year-by-year assessed value history.

3

Scan and flag

Compare actual assessed value against the expected cap and flag records for review.

Important: a future flag means “needs review,” not proof of a county mistake. Valid reasons can include deeds, sales, ownership changes, new construction, homestead timing, portability, permits, or corrections.
